Note to audio commercial and video slideshow clients: it is highly recommended that you have a draft of the script(s) for your commercial(s) and/or video(s) prepared in advance on a separate word processing document prior to completing this form so that you need only copy and past those scripts into this form. It will keep the time you spend completing this form down to a minimum.
